Order handling and communication with customerCustomer order check against stock availability and plans (MTS orders)Communicating open orders status to the account manager & customerCreate and coordinate deliveries for customer ordersHandling claims & returns, maintaining the stock level updatedLiaise with Planners to receive updates on stock levels and planned deliveries from overseas factoriesPlacing POs to the factories, follow up on documentation and order delivery to Egypt free zone warehouseEnsure delivering the order to the customer on time, taking into consideration production lead time, sea transit time, and storage in free zone warehouse transit time.Issuing and delivering all shipping documents to the customer on time (BL, Invoice, PL)Communicate to the customer, on monthly basis, open orders status updateWeekly meeting/report on orders on hand vs month target per channelPlans vs sales analysis on monthly bases
