To develop and implement the Operational Strategy so as to achieve sustainable profitable growth in line with divisional plans and ensure customer satisfaction. To develop people management to deliver the strong commitment of high quality service to Atlas Copco Egypt customers. Implement necessary process to execute, steer and achieve given goals

We are looking for a qualified service and operation manager to manage our point of sale Services and operations department. You will be accountable for the services and operation department performance to meet the customer’s service level agreements with efficient and effective utilization of resources. As a service manager, you will dealing with external stakeholders (customers and Supplier) and internal stakeholders (company management and other departments), so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Role

Be responsible for all technical staff’s competence development from mapping, training to certification.

Ensure the continuously improvement on customer satisfaction measured by regular survey.

Plan and manage the service operational budget to ensure the efficiency of IT service.

Maintain regular contact with key customers to identify the customer’s requirement, analyze their demands and deliver gap closure plan. This may include working with the service team on problem solving for technical issues.

Develop and optimize service network of all field, workshop and onsite to ensure the lead time, quality and efficiency.

Continuously standardize and improve the service operation workflow so as to improve the quality and efficiency.

Interact with other function (such as project and sales) to setup and optimize the cross functional processes.

Audit the exits workflow to make sure the execution.

Be responsible for the service operational KPIs and ensure the target fulfillment.

Be responsible for people selection and development, i.e. interview, coaching and counseling of the employees.

Take full responsibility for service operation team including service operation capacity fulfillment and technical people/competence development to meet the business growth requirement.

Keep effective interaction with CTS sales managers & Sales Force to ensure the customer satisfaction in territory and key account collaboration strategy execution.

Control and develop service workshop under high calibration standard.

Manage service schedule, preventive maintenance for all customers. – Tool Management center resource management and branding

Ensures that safety standards (SHE) are met

Develops, generates and provides strategic analysis reports (with focus on reason for variance deviation between planned and actual) for Key Performance Indicators such as: capacity planning, on-time delivery, turn-around-time (TAT), quality, labor hour cost, etc

Manages human resources, including selection, recommends staffing levels and changes in accordance with company and departmental mission, coaching, discipline, manpower planning and motivation of staff.

Manages and drives all customer issues to closure or initiates support when required.

Manages and develops the service team leaders daily to optimize resource utilization, quality and on-time delivery, time reporting, prioritize and coordinate daily work load, dealing with day to day employee issues, and interface with the service team leaders.

Are you a good fit?.
Bachelor Degree of Engineering or equivalent.Min 12+ Years of relevant industrial experience specially in Aftermarket bussines and with 3+ management role.Excellent knowledge of aftermarket products & business.In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and service level agreements.knowledge of technical service managment through i scala and SAP computer system.
