Location: Cairo, Egypt  

The role is based in our Cairo office and the ideal candidate must have comprehensive knowledge of all project types, such as Feasibility Studies, Strategic / Business Planning, Highest & Best Use Studies, Business & Property Valuations, Commercial & Financial Due Diligence, Financial Modelling, as well as writing Research papers, etc. and the various service lines offered by Colliers.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Manage Projects 

·       Prepare proposals and Other Pitch Documents and obtain fee guidance from management.

·       Build and manage, mentor the team to effectively meet the agreed client objective.

·       Ensure that the key deliverables are mapped out and overall project deadlines are agreed  upon.

·       Awareness and ability to research relevant regulations required on each project.

·       Monitor the progress of each project, ensure scope of work is being followed. Ensure correct folders are created and maintained for each respective project.

·       Ensure that all client information is updated, report back to the Client of any potential  variation to the plan (positive or negative) and maintain a good client relationship by  explaining the required changes effectively.

·       Monitor the work flow within the team and review the draft report as and when completed.

·       Conduct Land/Property and Business Valuations and Due Diligence as and when required.

·       Review and manage Market and Financial Feasibility Studies.

·       Analytically review a Financial Model and provide guidance on scenarios and options that need to be included keeping in mind the objectives and financial implications for the client  and its intended users.

Key Account Management/ Client Retention

·       Ensure that the client needs are fully understood, and that Colliers has the capability to  deliver upon those needs.

·       Meet with key clients and determine Project Requirements initially.

·       Manage key client expectations, deal with any potential issues and ensure that Colliers  have obtained all key business that is within our capability by identifying all key business opportunities within an account/group.

Transactional nature assignments (Operator Search & Selection, Transaction Advisory, Business Transaction, etc.)

·       Prepare, review and deliver the marketing documents such as Teaser, Informative  Overview, Information Memorandum, Financial Model and presentation.

·       Present the transaction documents to the client (board level) and potential transacting  parties and their advisors and financiers

Regulatory Compliance/Networking/Business Development/Reporting

·       Managing Legal liabilities and understanding contracting formalities on the various projects with the Legal team.

·       Develop and maintain a strong network of business professionals that can assist in  developing new business and being able to effectively manage current projects.

·       Consistently aim at acquiring new projects for the organisation by prospecting, qualifying  needs, establishing relevance to Colliers business offering, writing proposals, negotiating and closing the deal.

·       Feed back to the management team on an agreed set of parameters such as operational  issues, compliance or variances to target, compliance to budget etc.

·       Deal with the various stakeholders including clients, bankers, regulatory authorities to  ensure that all willingly give their support and the information required to make the project  a success.

·       Keep other divisions up to date with current projects to be able to explore cross selling and  value added opportunities to maximise business opportunities.

·       Other duties from time to time.Required Skills

·       Strong Managerial background

·       5 to 7 years of relevant work experience from a Consultancy background;

·       Experience with Big4, Management Consultancy, Real Estate or Market Research
        companies will be an added advantage

·       Excellent interpersonal communication skills;

·       Excellent presentation and negotiation skills;

·       Excellent organization and time management skills;

·       Very good project management skills;

·       Sound IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

·       Must be able to work effectively as part of a team;

·       Very good written and verbal communication skills;

·       Must be results orientated;


·       Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree (Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration)

·       CPA/CFA

Sells BETA’s products using comprehensive negotiations.

Maintains positive business relationships and builds rapport with customers.

Reaches out to customers’ leads through referrals.

Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines.

Coordinates exerted efforts with team members and other departments to maximize the aspired outputs.

Provides reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potentials for new products/services to the direct manager.

Stays up to date with sales market trends, best practices and promotional trends.

Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature, shifting/ conveying customers to the concerned department to top off sales process.

Updates the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual results reports.

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to direct manager.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


BA in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing.

2 – 3 years of progressive experience in the Real Estate sales field.

Excellent Command of English and Arabic Languages is a must.

Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.

Willingness to work from alternate locations when needed.

Car is a MUST

Commitment to excellent customer service.

Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
