Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a BSS Digital Services Head for one of the operators, where is/he will be responsible both for engagement and delivery of BSS business in respective account.
- Overall responsible and accountable for BSS Engagement & Delivery for respective Account.
- Manage Digital Services Domain sales by supporting the Key Account Manager organization with business development and domain specific sales activities.
- Ensuring successful deliveries of BSS projects.
- Providing deep technical knowledge in BSS technologies and solutions. Being responsible in securing and expanding the business.
- Supporting Key Account Managers in generating long-term profitable business for Ericsson by working closely with teams in sales, design, delivery of customer projects. Translating technical problem into detailed technical offering and influencing customer to agreement.
- Organize all pre-sales and delivery resources working in this Account.
- Cultivating deep client business and technical relationships with C-suite, decision makers and influencers.
- Manage the client’s innovation agenda, around strategic Ericsson BSS offerings, technology and platforms.
- Working with PMO and SA teams to jointly appoint and approve key Customer Fulfilment Responsible/Customer Support Responsible roles assigned to his/her Accounts.
- Being the primary interface toward customer.

To be successful in the role you must have
- Excellent BSS Domain knowledge and background in Pre-Sales & Delivery.
- 10+ years’ experience in Informational Technology.
- A Challenger Sales Profile
- Collaborative, team-player and able to work across geographies.
- Excellent consultative skills and customer Manager/Director/C-Level engagement.
- Good understanding of financial & commercial aspects as well as the pillars in delivery: Processes/Procedures, People/Organization, Tools/Systems
