Summary Of The Job
To manage the sales, revenue and expenses of ASP product portfolio and sterilization across assigned territory in Egypt with the aim of achieving the annual sales, growth & profit targets. Additionally, this job is responsible for maintaining a healthy business relationship with our distributors, support and effectiveness required is achieved to establish a solid base of loyal customers achieving strategic products penetration and increase market share for ASP business. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure sales targets delivered per territory and follow up the progress.
Manage different internal partners to facilitate sales and product availability.
Prepare sales presentations and reports to higher management as and when required.
Targets and manages assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget
Coordinates with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
Analyzes and develops sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management.

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and sales on both a group and individual level.
Leads specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance
Ensures sales activities are in compliance with all local and company regulations, policies and procedures)
Main performance measures (Performance Goals)
Plan, Promotes and coordinates Educational activities extensively, to enhance the knowledge of Health care professionals.
Ensure complaint practice in the territory.
Conducts and implements complex Market Development and Field Marketing activities.
Executes national, regional and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines.
Provides feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provides ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace.
Collects and utilizes all necessary marketing information. Provides account support and administration to increase company products presence with accounts.
Cover key accounts technically as needed
Develop solution selling strategies.
Education: Degree in pharmacist / Biomedical Engineering
2+ years of sales experience with successful track record of growth.
Previous experience with infection control /Sterilization would be an advantage.
Language: Arabic and English

Technical Skills Required
A minimum of 2 years of direct selling or business experience in the healthcare industry is required.
Experience in a competitive selling environment to specialty customers is preferred.
Ability to thrive in an independent work environment, self-directed and motivated while also demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a matrix project team environment.
Proven strength with building relationships, business partnering and leading amongst peers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including discussions of highly technical concepts.
Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic business orientation.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications and comfortable learning new technology platforms.
Willingness and ability to travel within Territory.
