Jotun Paints Egypt was established in 1986 and leading the market since then with 3 different segments; Decorative, Marine & Protective coating. Presently the organization consists of 380 team members. The Head office is located in New Cairo and there are 3 branch offices and 3 stock points spread throughout Egypt. ًًThe first phase of our new factory at the 10th of Ramadan is up and running in addition to our main factory in Ismailia. By 2021 the second and finial stage of the new factory will be finalized to mark the 10th of Ramadan Factory as the biggest Jotun factory in the Middle East. 

Due to the growth in Decorative business we are looking to enrich our Sales team at Upper Egypt by hiring an energetic and results oriented members. Decorative department in Egypt is responsible for our Retail Network;currently more than 600 Shops across Egypt; and all the Large & Small to Medium Projects. He/She will be in charge of expanding and strengthening Distribution Channels and Securing small/medium/large projects. This position will be located in Qena and will cover Luxor & Aswan areas as well and will reports to the Area Sales Manager – Upper Egypt.

Duties and responsibilities

Expand and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up and mapping process to ensure good performance of the existing dealers and plan well the new openings.

Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.

Follow-up on dealers within allocated geographical territories and ensure that our shops reflecting Jotun identity and distribution strategy by co-ordinating and monitoring closely with Dealers & counter salesmen to ensure Jotun products are used and to achieve sales budget.

Build data base and good relations with target customers groups, interior designers, painters, contractors, and consultants.

Capitalize on multicolor concept to enforce Jotun position as preferred partner in retail paint industry through best profitability and service to upgrade remaining sub-dealers to direct dealers.

Ensure that potential dealers are working on securing small/medium/large projects

Follow up collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.



1-3 Years of Sales Experience

Bachelor Degree is a must

Arabic & English Speaker

Qena residents is a must.
