About the role

Design new services, develop new products to fulfill business needs, increase customer loyalty, and generate revenues.

Prepare all needed communication materials for the Mobile Money business market to enhance customer awareness.

Constantly grow and increase Mobile Money KPIs, with a focus on Active Base, through ongoing innovative CBM launches

Develop Mobile Money business by getting into agreements with different entities from the public and governmental sectors in the market to ensure offering the highest benefits to Mobile Money subscribers

Cooperate with relevant teams (Regulatory, Sales, Technology, etc.) to reach the best solution and flow for GTM strategies

Design best in class Customer Experience across channels through continuously enhancing and updating the customer journey flow and minimizing and failed processes and transactions

Conduct outdoor activities to develop partnerships with external stakeholders & parties by attending meetings & conferences with all entities that create business opportunities

Responsible for Market Intelligence analysis to identify the gaps between our services & competitors

Create all content, concept documents, processes, and activities needed to rollout Mobile Money services (Cash In, Out, P2P, Payments…) under direct, indirect, and corporate accounts following issued regulation.

Align with the partner bank to get the needed CBE approvals and NTRA validations to enroll direct and indirect channel outlets, to avoid any liability on the business that may lead to risks on the service.

Create needed Mobile Money training materials & lead Mobile Money training plan to ensure having a consistent message & awareness across all channel outlets

Create an animation plan, including contests, incentives, and events, in cooperation with all internal and external teams.

Monitor and report Mobile Money performance across all channels to analyze the overall performance and lead different channels to overcome any problem and ensure applying corrective actions.

Continuously work with global group teams to identify best practices and adapt to local market implementation to provide innovative marketing solutions

Manage and monitor team members performance to ensure Mobile Money market leadership.

Provide on-the-job training and monitor the development of the team.

Coach and inspire all team members to achieve specific goals.

Conduct regular meetings with the teams to strengthen communication and ensure sharing the same vision.

About you

Education

  • University graduate preferably in Business; Masters degree is a plus

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field; 2 years in minimum in telecom.

  • Achieving Mobile Money Payments and Collection designed marketing plan and the budgeted KPIs to ensure planned revenue delivery.
  • Designing the properly segmented value proposition, pricing, offers, and animation activities to maximize Mobile Money penetration for B2C and B2B customers using diverse CBM activities
  • Position Mobile Mobile money Products efficiently through relevant communication across all channels
