RoboGarden is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing specialist to help acquire new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns. applications from candidates that are working outside these locations.

The ideal candidate will be in charge of all online acquisition marketing, managing the execution, and optimization across channels. You will be our digital conversion optimization champion. You will be responsible for implementing the testing strategy, execution and optimization of our online acquisition user flows, which support all inbound digital channels including paid social, videos, SEO, webinars, events, paid search, and, more importantly, organic.   In addition to digital conversion responsibility, you will work closely with a development team manager and other involved team members to build new acquisition and customer engagement experiences. This position is preferable to be based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada or Cairo, Egypt, but we are open to receive applications from candidates that are working outside these locations.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving measurable results through effective programs and campaigns delivered across multiple channels. You will design and execute marketing campaigns to engage our professionals, university students, parents, teachers, K-12 students and/or school audiences and improve existing customer communications.

  • Manage the setup of all paid/performance marketing campaigns based on the strategy and plans set by the Digital Marketing Consultant. 
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using analytics tools Research and test partnerships with new ads platforms to expand our reach and/or lower our CPA. 
  • Collaborate with the technical team in crafting landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs. 
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • Provide weekly/ monthly reports with all the success metrics like CPL, CPA, CR, etc..
  • Achieve the daily/weekly targets of enrollments or MQL 
  • Experience in online learning platforms in global markets (Preferred)
  • Expert in creating campaigns on the following channels: Google Ads, GDN, Youtube Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Remarketing Ads, Email Marketing using ActiveCampaign and/or Mailchimp.
  • Experience in Media buying and performance marketing campaigns from 3 to 4 years in Global markets (Canada, USA & Gulf Area) 
  • WeChat marketing knowledge will be a plus.

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with a solid track record of developing and launching products, marketing programs, and initiatives
  • Proven success in developing and marketing new “Education” products, with previous experience in the education space (e.g. K-12 schools and districts, Universities, e-learning, online courses, learning toys, foundations, coding, math, reading, e-learning)
  • 3+ years managing digital marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of developing and implementing rigorous acquisition, marketing and growth programs
  • Proven direct-to-consumer e-commerce, direct response and/or online marketing experience with a solid understanding of the social marketing/media landscape
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills
  • Experience working with a project tracking software, such as Teamwork, Trello, Podio is a plus
